Have these with powergrips on my touring bike and they're pretty good for lazy pootling around riding.
I like bmx pedals a lot but wouldn't run em on fixed, my tourer has a low bb and i trash the pedals nearly every time i pedal through a corner, bit scary the first few times but its all good.
Seals seem pretty good, spin nice and smooth still. Still got all the grubs screws even.
