o2 via carphone warehouse for a few years now. I have an 18 month contract with 600 mins, 500 texts, unlimited data for about tenner a month (via cashback).
Worth haggling with your current provider, as cost of acquisition is very high for mobile providers and they are usually willing to cut a pretty good deal to keep you as a customer.
