yeah, but then you put it up on here and the price correspondingly went silly.. I watched it happen. it's one thing highlighting bikes and frames from searches everyone's doing but some things surely are better left for those who are putting in the time searching meticulously and patiently. it's quite obvious that casual lookers have now thrown in their daft money on this, it would have gone for a lot less before your post than it will now do.
this thread is a fuckin' double-edged sword, it really is... oh well..
(I guess you can tell from this that I was on this and getting ready for the postman.)
Sorry mate I had no idea... yeah i know what you are saying. I guess this thread were more of a closed community these kind of potential bargains would work but cos there are so many people looking at this thread it messes it up.. I guess when i come across stuff that i think will go for little because of bad listing, no key words in title, listed in wrong category etc but i don't personally want it i feel like passing it on to someone here.. but then as you say that kind of defeats the point as the price goes up.. maybe BINs are the only thing to put up.
Also some things manage to get a fairly decent price some how anyway eg the ksyrium that was listed as a ksyzium in vintage parts as a mudguard still got £67 (not as much as it could, but not terrible)
