• Is the bike pictured with the saddle in the correct position (height)?
    In that case, an aero seat post doens't make a lot of sense. It will be one of the shortest, with just a very short, flat part.

    In case the saddle has to be move up: I can offer you a NOS Mike Burrows seat post Nr.3. Also some used, longer ones.

    PS: when you say "aero post", I think you mean something like the Burrows post. Goes the best with the Bianchi.
    Or are you looking for an "aero-ish" Campag or Shimano ? In that case, the oval section is short. Perhaps just good for this saddle height.
