right. so, if the problem is they're being conned, how are they going to clamp down on it if they've been conned?
that would mean video review of every decision made, and you can guarantee that sam allardyce would be at the front of that queue.
or if when they catch it they issue a five match ban. that's still a gamble most players would take.
