i said we were beaten because we lost the crucial sessions! we collapsed twice and couldn't bowl england out enough! that's why England won, because they won the crucial sessions!

you're fucking kidding me.

if your quote above was indicative of the media reaction then there is no whinging, the reality was rather different.
the reaction from australian media/blogs and some of the posts on here was:
beaten by SA, the stats were this that the other, the pitch was blah blah blah, the umpires bad decisions etc etc.

edit: you should re-read my post. it's obvious i was referring to "a collective finger pointing" from the australian media not an ex-pat on a cycling website :-)
