The New Oxford Street Ride

I really need this ride to happen. May I humbly make the following suggestions?
-we need flouro stewards
-we need flyers that are handed to tourists explaining our mission and goals in extensive detail. Maps, elevation explanations, and stops along the way highlighted.
-we need to have enough riders that none actually need to ride in order to fill the entire length of said "ride".

We will need at least half-a-dozen megaphones so that everyone is aware of what is happening.
