I've still got a Zefal HPX somewhere - not sure if it fits any of my frames though (definitely not the semi-compact ones). And I don't like fitted under the top-tube unless there's a pump peg, straps or otherwise...
... just checked - it does fit along the seat-tube of my Burls. I suppose it's an option if there's no room for a mini pump in my pockets. Hmmm. Interesting. Not.
