If you're on Cycle To Work scheme, then you'll probably want to go to London Fields Cycles or Brick Lane Bikes, both of which stock the Plugs. Evans/Cycle Surgery isn't on that scheme I believe.

Evans are deffo on the CTW scheme, some companies specify their employees must use Evans for CTW purchases too.
