Loaning/Borrowing people's equipment.

Shouldn't we just put together some junk bikes for newbs to use? I don't have to lend mine often, because it's big and no good unless you're a lefty, but I can totally understand why Gabes has got the hump.

Why not just "Polo Spares" i.e rear wheel/cogs/mallets/pedals etc - whole new bikes could cost time and money to store/up keep and be a pain to take to the courts.
