The Axa-Basta SecuCity Plus, is on sale in the UK. Its been given 10/10 ratings by 2 magazines.
It looks alot like the Blok. Its just under £40.oo and is a 16mm diameter U-Lock.
Apparently Axa-Basta offer an international key replacement service, for those that need it.
