I also found it really hard to find anything nice that was 49cm or under. I always just wanted an old race bike to convert but can never find anything small, it's impossible to find, everything is way too big! This has always been a problem for me, my background is in bmx, which I've ridden for 6 years now (street) and I have to run an 18.5"tt, which is TINY. I have to run a flatland frame on street because no companies make small frames - it's mad considering most people who ride bmx bikes are kids who NEED small frames!
