Your seat is down very low, and your stem is very long. It looks like your frame is too large and you've been playing around with a way to make it more comfortable.
I would say that it is actually a bit large of a frame size for someone of your hight, Mary is the same height and rides a 46, I think.
Because I have a very short body in comparison to my legs, like allot of women do, I compensate by buying a smaller frame (54) then what a man my height (5'10") would ride and jack the seat post up and get a short and high stem.
