T-Cut? Ouch! Not good, not good at all, not even for its stated purpose.
If you want something OTC then go Autoglym Super Resin, at least it has chemical cleaner in it as well, plus fillers and it'll leave a polymer coat behind.

It is to me when Im not used to the bloody roads.
Take your time and stick to small roads, plan your route on google maps or something

I don't know exactly what the road is like from Wembley > central London but if it's anything like riding from Uxbridge the bigger faster roads are a whole load easier to ride than the slower roads closer to town. They are so much less stressful despite the cars traveling at higher speeds.

Cool, when I get my Vespa PX, I'll be up that way drinking malt shakes beating up rockers.

**Alan Titanal coaster brake - ss for Prague** Hi my friends,
A few week ago I was built my first singlespeed bike. Major parts are used, some very old (front hub ESKA from 1963, Favorit bars from 1975), coaster brake Velosteel (ex- Velamos) is new, but technology same that Fichtel-Sachs, and it working very good (braking effect like a speedskating :o) Tufo tubes (8-12atm) are very shark and quick (absolutely not for Roubaix..) and stem... stem is sweet Cinelli 1A. Gear ratio for Prague hills 43/16 - not problem.
thank you for inspiration!!!

it's defintely a nice little bit for riding around town, coaster brake make riding even more fun by keeping everything simple (hand for steering, feet for pedalling and slowing down).

Yum, wheelset for life;
Phils low flange with phils cog, DT Swiss spoke, and Mavic Open Pro CD.
Dude, they are fucking lovely. Definitely a wheelset for life.
I'd rep you just for having nice wheels if I could.

a singlespeed coaster brake is a fantastic way of having a relaxing ride, I'm building up my old bike as one.

Just put this together...after my last ride was striped outside a pub in Dalston a few months back. This one not as bling, more understated to try and avoid too much attention.
A mixture of Campy, Phil, H+Son, Nitto and Brooks. Feels very solid and responsive.
Cheers

G-Lover, that's a great photo, you can see the bike well, so don't worry if youre good at it or not.
Quite like the Bob Jackson, is it brakeless?
Just put aero bars on the Planet X... :)
And my RiGi is now in Denmark.. but sadly at some postoffice somewhere waiting to be delivered to me..
