when is the deadline for submitting a team?

At least a week before the league starts, if not longer, I would have thought.

I see you have 4 players, I think you should only be able to put 3 in a fixture, as the rest of us have to use non-league players as subs, you should adhere to the same idea.

If a non-league player is used as a sub, are they then able to sub for other teams at other points or do they then become a league player attached to that team?

they can sub for anyone, they aren't registered as league players.

unless they become a replacement for a player that has 'retired' from the league.

Can we all get together in a pub and talk all this through as we did the last time? This thread is great for raising all the things that could be changed / improved upon from the last league, but it seems like decisions are being made (i.e. use of subs) already that could do with some proper real world chat ... or failing that - polls!

i'm not making any decisions, it's just what's been suggested.

meetings in pubs do not work. and when are we going to get everyone together?

Polls may be a good choice. There would be quite a few though.
