I think that body checking and mallet hooking is perfectly fine, also I dont see the need for change or introduce new rules, the game is not boring, and if you ask me I think it will be more boring without a golie, where long shots will be all over the place.
Also a good golie has to be aware of that shoulder or mallet coming his/her way.
