I found out last year that I had an accute gum disease (Periodontis, with severe bone loss). As well as having my gums cut away from my teeth and a ultra sonic hook used to scrape and destroy the bacteria sacks attached to my roots (twas a great year), I was on Corsodyl. I was advised to water it out, and take regular weeks off it, as it discolours your teeth. Use with caution.
