Isn't this just a police quota filing exercise where they fine working people to hit targets to get bonuses, best way to do it is to criminalise some trivial offence and enforce it during rush hour.
Isn't it Sad that they don't sit on large junctions and watch the dangerous driving by HGV and cars that have the potential to KILL cyclists... i guess only a handful of cyclists get killed but 1,000s jump lights.. fkd up place this. fkd up!
