Completely inapproprite tyre choice with respect to the original purpose of the frame, ditto the bars. The bike is not fit for purpose, and not fitted to the rider.
I hear what your saying (risers on a bike designed specifically to get you low, not my thing). But this is a fixie skidder bike forum after all. Half of us are riding around on the road on track bikes innit.
