Was going to suggest Gorilla, but they are £200 more, without postage. Nice looking bikes main lu (good) tig, not lugs and Columbus tube sets.

BUT: Do they barspin?
I know they had a prototype with a curved down tube.
So, it is not English, it is more expensive, and it probably doesn't barspin. Fail.
