I think it helps if you're still a student/other useless appendix to society. Only then do you get the truly smug look of someone who has nothing better to do all day than style themselves to perfection to make the other appendixes admire your originality whilst riding your entire first semesters loan payment around for all to see.
I miss being a lazy student. Those days ruled. Then again, getting up early, fucking around with chainsaws and getting paid cash money has its advantages too ;)
