it might be a bit out, I don't think it's 5 miles, i can run it in under 40 mins and bikely says its 4.1miles. it's also worth noting the timing was based on the duration of the track rude movements; I hit play as i started and it finished as i got to the flat - i think it's around 7:40
also worth noting its one flat run (two roads no stops and one massive roundabout) ahh it's all in my favour ;)
