EHBPC needs volunteers! Polo/nonpolo people alike! 31 July - 3 Aug

For this Friday afternoon ... we have the main marquee and courts stuff arriving at noon! We need as much help as possible to unload it all and start building. It will take us a good few hours to set all this up.

If you're on this list, please aim to make it to Union Street as close to 11.45am as you can:

IF you volunteered for the later shift on Friday, please just try to get there as early as possible. We're aiming to be done by 8pm so there's still time to get to the end of registration barbecue/drinks at Tour de Ville and the Polo cat.
