I find that my journey averages out to the same no matter how fast I go- if I decide to spin along as fast as possible then I need to spend longer outside cooling down before going inside.
If I dawdle I can go straight inside.
Result= always takes around 20/25 minutes, even if the ride is 15 minutes, if you see what I mean.
