I did this last year. You get all sorts out and about, from families to roadies using it as a training ride. With no traffic and ultra smooth tarmac it is great fun. And raises money for charity too!
Can't remember how many laps I did, around 30 I think.
(ignore the gut, fat arse, and compact chainset)
Would do it this year but I'll be in Dublin pissed out of my brain.
