Q: Hello, I have a question on what's on offer here and sorry if this sounds retarded. Does this bike come as seen in the photographs and does it have horizontal drop outs ? I'm considering it as a fixed wheel project... Eventually. Essentially I'm a bit confused by this wording in the listing "All you would need is a rear fixed wheel and a frame with horizontal drop outs and you would have an awesome machine." A: hahahah. No worries buddy. This frame has horizontal dropouts so wouldn't work as a fixie. I just meant it would be a good building base. Yes the bike comes as you see it except the pedals you will get are "Look Clip In" style pedals. Any more questions please don't hesitate to contact me. M
