Defensive shuffle > bike = goal. Offensive shuffle which strikes defensive mallet, as opposed to the other way round = no goal.
Thats fine. But that isnt exactly what the euros rules say:
"If a team puts the ball into their own goal, it is a goal for the opposing team."
In other words, if its a shuffle and it "strikes" a defensive mallet, its not a goal, but if the defensive mallet "puts" it in, it counts? Thats a very arbitrary distinction, and I dont want to put any line ref in the position of having to call that, which is why I brought it up. Here might not be the best place though..thursday?
