I'm a small person. I'm 5'5" and I have short arms. I've currently got Nitto B123s on there. On the standard Fuji bars I was most comfortable on the drops, and on the Nittos I'm most comfortable on the tops. I'm pretty sure I've set them both at the same angle.
I just can't get perfectly comfortable on the bike. It's annoying.
