i brought a lock for £7 from chainreaction in a sale. the mechanism jammed so i had to cut it off, it took:
40minutes of sawing. a pint. then some swearing. then a trip to the hardware store. £34 to upgrade to some of these:
2mins later - bike was unlocked. i think i could get through most locks in 2minutes these days.
