@ Scott-accepted, the reason for OP was just because this particular individual was speaking in a room with 4/5 people present and she actively wanted to be heard using this phrase. Seemed really odd and forced.
the contributors here have posted varied and interesting responses which have to be read well to understand the nuances intended. I would expect nothing less from you fixengers.
I am still consistantly amazed at how (primarily) teenagers (de)construct sentances with the use of 'like' so that they become virtually meaningless....
