Trouble is I get on a bit of an ironic tip in order to try and cope with these things and unfortunately unless I know someone fairly well they will have no idea I'm saying stuff like "chillax" (which I think is genius) in a tongue-in-cheek way, which basically means I'm just saying it. The fact that I feel the need to bandy about new argot in a tongue in cheek way makes me fairly weird, I'm well aware of that. But yeah, just to clear it up, if you ever hear me saying "my bad" it will be because I basically hate the general public.
