Brooks B66 Champion Flyer. The B17 with springs on the back - I have a decade-old one on my Raleigh Superbe and it's the most comfortable saddle in the world. The styling may not suit your average brakless-fixybeik-skidder though.
I find the Flite saddle hard as hell and very poorly shaped for my arse. But it does look nice. Brooks all the way for all my future bikes though.
