have you searched for your question / answer first?
perhaps you just need some patience, I don't think getting out of nursery is automatic - perhaps the "Elder" you speak of is em, u know, working... and can't get to it right now?

Really, i mean it, use search. Chances are you'll find what you're looking for and save yourself being slated for pissing off people starting a new thread.
