  • Timbuk2 are known to be horrible bags, if you listen to anybody else but me. Mine has been going strong for 17+ years. Nothing has ever got wet in my bag, unless the fluid emanated from within, like the beer that exploded. ;)

    Good, but maybe not the best rain-proofing, and does have a habit of sliding on the back. Mine needs repositioning every few minutes.

    Fully agreed. Love my Timbuk2, but agree about the rainproofing - I've never got anything wet in there but I've never been in a proper torrential downpour.

    Though I found the repositioning depends on how full the bag is - if it's empty I'm constantly adjusting the thing, but if it's reasonably full it sticks to my spinal column like a prison rapist.
