also, many clubs have won nothing major in recent times. Fulham, west ham, aston villa, sunderland, **wigan **etc etc. they all still have hope. They are all still proud clubs. Supporting a football side is not about always winning things but about the hope of winning and for enjoying each game as it comes. Only glory hunting plastic fans choose teams with "history" of winning. Now where's the fun in that? Where's the passion in that?
