Sadly James, I have broached the subject. Initially she said that I was going nowhere unless I had my arse seen to. I am doing this. She then observed that the reason that I missed the Dunwich Dynamo this year most probably will affect the Marmotte next year. If the same weekend as this year, the Marmotte will clash with the end of year festivities at our daughters' school. While the elder left this year, the younger leaves next summer and I am duty bound to attend and see her presented with her record of achievement and do "dad dancing" at the leavers' ball (hopefully with a buttock reduced by both the affects of surgery and cycling, inter alia, the ToI, ToW and P-R).
