Wheel is still running true. Is this something I should get fixed asap?

Yes. The wheel's probably running trueish due to being 32/3x (?), but the spokes compensating for the snapped one will be getting over-stressed (and therefore likely to start snapping too).
I'd definitely avoid kerb-hopping/potholes as much as possible in the meantime.
An lbs should be able to fit a new spoke in next to no time, if they've got the right length in stock.
