EHBPC Referee's Need 2 slots to be filled

Should players in teams participating in the tourney be refs? Just asking. Personally, my view would be no.

Also, on Saturday we had an issue with a goal that wasn't - I know that there was a lot of talk, but I didn't get a proper call either from the line ref or the goal ref one way or another, and by the time I realised the mistake, it was way too late to change the score. It kind of came under the majority vote system of reffing which is not one I would recommend for the Euros.

The plan is to have a designated line ref for each game, who will be non player. Tournament players will be used as goal refs where needed, but only to cover and give others a break.
There were some issues highlighted at Cambridge, particularly the number of goal refs. We are going to have 1 designated goal ref for each goal and they will be the only ones responsible for calling the goals. Hopefully this will ease any tricky decisions.
