  • I'm working on keeping a steady pace at the moment. Current bests are:

    1.5 mile = 09.47 minutes
    3 mile = 21.07 minutes
    6 mile = 45.24 minutes

    I know they're no completely uniform but it'sgetting there. I find listening to Marine Corps cadences are helping me keep my rhythm up.

    On a side note I was up at an army regiment the other day and there was a late commissioned officer, ex SAS, 47 years old, and his current marathon time was 2 hours 38 minutes. Pretty amazing really!
