tricitybendix has too many bikes, they said. She'll never ride them all, they said. Well, they were wrong. I didn't have a geared tourer. And I needed one.
Meet my new Roberts:
I do love mysterious great uncles who don't cycle anymore (and are the same height as me) and early birthday presents. Eee.
I am of course not killing puppies with this one (that would be madness). In fact I am cheating a bit by posting it in current projects because I haven't decided what to do to it yet. New tyres, cut through the lock on the seatpost as the key is lost forever and possibly narrower drops; after that, dunno.
I just wish I could take it for a ride but after 3 Dunwich Dynamos in 6 days I'm not getting on a bike until at least Tuesday.
