It has suntour alpha 5000 deralleur and the handlebars are Atax with a Peugeot plug in the end of one of them. Maillard front and Pelissier rear hub with a Mavic rim, 6 speed rear 2 front.

Campagnolo front mech and seatpost bolt, Simplex shifters, CLB brakes and levers

I thought it could be a Peugeot but a quick glance at the catalogue scans didn't bring anything up. A guy in a shop said it's probably high tensile and french, that was all he could say

UPDATE: I have discovered, through some detetctive work, that this is a Peugeot Carbolite/HLE frame from the 80s, I think its a PH12 from '83. Nothing special, so I'm just going to do it up cheap as. Anyone got a spare rear wheel they can sell me?
