Actually in all seriousness, this illustrates my point.

They were done for 'publishing and distributing racially inflammatory material' and 'possessing racially inflammatory material with a view to distribution.' (the operative phrase in the second part here is with a view to distribution).

They were not done for 'being racist' - 'or holding racist views' which is, of course, not in anyway illegal.
