Right so I'm cooking tommorow night to impress... for the main I'm probably going to do a warm scallop salad (with fennel and chorizo), though any other suggestions appreciated.
However I'm unsure about pudding, I was going to do chocolate brownies with my trademark Horlicks Ice-cream, but my folks have my ice-cream maker. Any ideas for a good chocolate based pudding?
