I paid for the Eurosport stream yesterday and got a "Your subscription is over" error message on login, which is helpfully mentioned on their customer support form as a "is this your problem?" option. And now I just have to f*cking wait for a response. Aghhh.

I've opened a Paypal dispute to see if that gets me to the top of the list for a response.

Anyone know what has happened to the Guardian's TdF coverage? They did a live affair last year like their OBO coverage of the cricket. There is no mention of it this year.

The coverage on Eurosport is working perfectly. And because it's not a flash player but a Windows Media stream, you can launch it full screen.

I've now got 31" of TdF goodness to my left, and what I'm supposed to be working on to my right.

As for Contador's likely destination for next season, I wonder if Dave Brailsford would be interested? Although Contador's name appeared in Operacion Puerto it was only in conversation between other riders and there are apparently no .piti or .valv style links. Sky are going to be the richest team, they're guaranteed a Tour place and it would give Murdoch an almost instant return.

Contador was heavily implicated in Puerto, but like Valverde, was protected by the Spanish authorities. Brailsford has already gone on the record to say that Sky will not hire him.

I hate the way Eurosport's live coverage cuts to adverts regardless of what's happening.

I'm watching the South African commentary on justin.tv and they're going on about some of the teams are using the Shimano EDA groupset for the time-trial. Does anyone know if the teams are using it for the normal racing as well this year?
