I can't see Contador staying with Astana regardless of whether Bruyneel or Armstrong stay or go. With Vino back in the fold Astana have got no chance of getting a Tour de France invite from ASO next year.
That's a good point, I think you're right. But wherever he goes - Caise D probably - he won't be with Bruyneel and Armstrong so I still think they are unlikely to help him. I think Armstrong is the only rider who could pretty much gaurentee being able to 'magic up' a team and the better he does in this Tour the more likely it becomes.
