sorry, that did sound a little unsympathetic.... how did you manage it...? did you take any of the the potential opposition out in the process...?

that tubigrip is only one layer thick, should indicate the swelling. the x ray was digital, none of that light box crap nowadays it seems, someone got pictures of it right after it happened but can't find them.

my ankle was about 50% bigger yesterday, the swelling blew up in about 10 seconds, it was disgusting.

the most stupid thing is that i rode home.
