I'm a big MMA fan BTW, good times lately, plenty of stuff happening as well as UFC (strikeforce, DREAM, affliction etc)

UFC has broken it's contract with them and with no mind to go back; they're are looking for a new broadcaster in time for 100, I've got Sky too so if they go there then i'll be sweet

They really shouldve got hold of a more aggressive fighter to matc karelein but im guessing there are not many people his size in the whole of japan.

Definately worth the extra, surf rash vests are cheaper but tend to keep in sweat to help heat the body in water, mma ones repel the sweat which is super helpful. I also find that when I don't wear one I get a lot of 'lovebite' looking bruises (burst blood vessel type) to my collarbone and chest from the gi lapel being pulled and rubbed on me a lot and the rash guard stops that.

A little bit more expensive than others I've seen but I have Koral gi's so I'm sticking with them ;-)

I'm not a fan of rash guards and tend to train in tight fitting teeshirts. You can get sweat rash even with a rash guard but I just prefer to not train in them.

If you want a cheaper option then head to Lillywhites/Sports Direct and try and hunt down a long sleeved Nike compression top for a tenner. RRP on them is 40 quid or so so try and get the discount, does the same sort of job as a rashguard.

I've heard from a few people that Channel 5, Sky 1 and another channel (I forget) are possible contenders for the next UFC, just rumour at the moment though.
