The standard weight for Reynolds 501 is 2.4kg and 531c is 2.05kg.
It depends on the frame size as well, I have two "old" frames (64cm) made from standard plain gauge steel tubing and they are 3.0 kg and 3.2kg. My 64cm 531 frame is 2.2kg.
