finally got this piece back from ted (dropouts changed brake holes filled front and back and braze ons removed)

i rang niel orell cycles earlier and found out the frame is not actually 531 professional and is actually ishiwata tubing and was origionally made for a 700c front wheel up front

im quite happy really because i am afraid that i might build up a lo pro and find its really awful for riding and really uncomfortable
