    it was later involved in a car crash where the front (radial) wheel went straight into the side of a car at speed. The wheel was so strong infact that the frame went before the wheel did. The wheel is still dead straight by the way, not even the tiniest bit out of true. this was on velocity's 30mm deep v's with DT swiss spokes

    that is very unfortunate but it doesn't 'prove' anything. The radial debate could go on forever between individuals (not me included) however every front end accident I have ever seen has always had the same damage in that part of the top tube. What else would you expect? The wheel to suddenly implode? 'because its radially laced'
